Raw Crimini Mushroom Recipe

Fresh From the Zebra Organics Kitchen, in Palm Springs, California with Chef Gregorio Calderin
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 8oz Organic Crimini Mushrooms thinly sliced (1/4 inch)
 - 3 oz Zebra Organics Peruvian Bitija Olives cut in half
 - 1 Organic Lemon, just the zest
 - 3oz Italian Pecorino Romano Cheese (or vegan grated cheese)
 - grated 2oz Fresh Dill picked
 - Mineral Mountain Krystal Pink Salt (Himilayan
 - to taste Black pepper
 
Directions:
- On the serving plate layer sliced mushrooms on the bottom
 - Place olives evenly on top of mushrooms
 - Pour olive oil around
 - Apply sea salt and Black Pepper around
 - With a microplane zest the lemon first and then cheese evenly
 - Garnish with fresh dill on top.
