Fine Ground is the same salt as the coarser Celtic Sea Salt® Light Grey variety, dried at a low temperature then finely ground.
With a flavor subtler than that of the coarser variety, it is an all-purpose shaker salt convenient for use at the table or in baking.
No additives, not processed in any way beyond drying and grinding.
Hand-harvested from pure clay in pristine coastal regions, dried by the sun and wind. Unrefined. Kosher.
