Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 scoop, which is equal to a single heaping tablespoon (approx. 17.5 grams) daily, or as directed by a doctor or health care expert. It dissolves best in warm water. Many choose to include in their smoothie or coffee. If you are trying to achieve maximum absorption it is optimal to take 15 minutes before food, or 30 mins after eating.
